Welcome to the Agrolyst SIWES application portal. This notice explains the conditions for applying and the ways your application information is intended to be used. Read all sections before accepting.

Purpose of the application

This form is for students who wish to be considered for the Student Industrial Work Experience Scheme (SIWES) or related industrial training opportunities with Agrolyst Integrated Farms and Services. Submitting an application is a request for consideration, not an offer or confirmation of placement.

Information you provide

The form may request your name, contact details, institution, department, course and level of study, proposed training dates, preferred training area, contact address, emergency contact details, and any optional supporting explanation. Provide only information requested by the form and make sure it is accurate.

How application information is used

Information supplied is intended to help Agrolyst receive, assess, administer and communicate about your SIWES application; review your proposed training details; manage application records; and verify ownership if you later ask to link an application to an online account. Application details should only be accessed by people authorised to support these processes and service providers where needed to operate the application system.

Accuracy and supporting documents

You are responsible for the information and documents you submit. You may be asked to provide a school letter of introduction and a valid student ID card. A CV or passport photograph may be optional or requested later. Do not upload passwords, one-time codes, banking details, or unrelated sensitive information. False, misleading, or incomplete information may delay review or affect consideration of your application.

Review, approval and acceptance letters

Applications are subject to review by Agrolyst. An application may remain under review while a decision is pending. Creating an account, entering your details, or submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance or placement. An acceptance letter is available only after an application has been approved and the letter has been officially issued.

Application IDs and account linking

If an Application ID is issued by the application system, keep it private and use it only for application follow-up. The ID alone should not be treated as proof of identity or permission to view private records. If you later create an account, you may need to verify the same application email with a one-time code. Assisted linking by staff must include identity checks.

Privacy and handling of records

Application details are intended to be used for SIWES assessment, communication, placement administration, account linking and related record-keeping. Do not share your private details or application documents publicly. You may ask Agrolyst through its official contact channels about your application information or request correction of inaccurate details. Information may also be handled or disclosed where required for lawful administration or by applicable law.
